Area Code HELP

I can not log into my virgin media account as it requires an area code. Does anyone know the area reference number for NG15 ? Please help!

    Hi jaynechloe32,

    Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

    Your account number and area reference will be on the contract email.

    If you can't locate this, if you've had a bill produced, this will also show on the 'your bill is ready' email we send. 

    If you do need further help finding this however, please let us know and we can pop you a private message and check the area code for you 😊

      Hi, i have checked the contract email and it is not on there. i also can not access a bill as i need my area reference code to log in.
