Another lack of response from the homemovers team!!!!
I have made several complaints to avoid my EDF fee from being taken from my account. Despite assurances from two members of staff that I would be provided with information to send my new address details, I have been charged £333.52. This has caused me significant financial stress and undue worry. To make matters worse, I have had the required information for two weeks now and have been on the phone all morning to resolve this issue, only to be cut off by a call handler. I expect the payment to be reversed immediately, I have been treated appallingly and with an air of contempt by all staff I have dealt with so far so please show me that there is some redemption left in this story.

I must your attention to this urgent matter and I would welcome it dealt with as a matter of urgency
