4 months waiting for the remaining credit to be refunded

I closed my contract with VM back in June since I left the UK. I had about 100 quid worth of credit on the account and it still wasn't refunded. 

Called them a few months ago, they told me that they send a cheque to my home address (when I told them I'm moving out ). Then again, they told me, ok, will refund via bank transfer.

Question. VM, where is my money? Thanks

  • Hi happyclover thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised here.

    Usually, a bank transfer is only something we can do if the Direct Debit is kept active, if the Direct Debit isn't active then a bank transfer isn't possible under normal circumstances

    Let's see what we can do here though so please expect a PM from me to arrive shortly and respond directly when you can.

    So, updates on the situation.

    I closed my account since I moved abroad ( VM was notified ). Then they sent a cheque to the old address ( I can't get it, I moved abroad ).

    And they cannot give a refund via bank transfers. Only cheque. Imagine that...

      So the only option VM provide is to send a cheque to someone in UK, that's it.

      Where can I complain
