Virgin Media is a Scam

I've been on various calls and emails with you for over a month. Someone is using my email address to set up their account - this is a huge violation of GDPR for me (and for the scammer frankly, as I can see their bills). I've lost years of my life being passed from one useless agent from call to another. Raised several complaints with your Data Security team on email but they're equally as useless. You should know better in 2025.

If anyone not incompetent works for this company, do put me in touch with them. I want all of my personal data removed from your systems. I am taking legal action.

    You don't say your email password has been compromised, and don't mention being billed for the VM services or your home address being misused. 

    Could this be a case of the VM a/c was created likely over the phone and by error / typo 
    your email address was entered ? 

    If this is what has happened the customer will be equally frustrated as to why they are not seeing any VM communications or the monthly bill summary, this is a topic that is so recurrent on this forum it could do with its own section.
