DiscoSausage Have you created any additional My Virgin Media accounts on your primary account since May 2022? I believe that it is these accounts that are being closed.

Hi Graham
I had my son as an additional account user but that was setup several years ago and he hasn't used it for more than two years. I just checked in my account under additional users and he's still there, so I've deleted him. The email address associated with his account was different to the one I use for logging into the main account. The email I received as an 'additional user' was sent to the account holders email (me). So I'm not sure what's going on?
