I receive post weekly for the old occupier for Virgin Media. I have returned the letters each time yet I still receive post each week for them. I have also had team members from Virgin come round to ask for the old equipment which we do not have nor did we ever have. How can I stop these letters and visits please? They no longer live in or own my property. Thank you.

What we need to do first is send you a private message to obtain the address.
If you can check the logo top right of your screen that would be great.

Thank you for the address.
What I have done is updated the former tenants address now so any communications will be redirected.
If you do happen to receive anything else, it will be our systems here may have already sent a letter out before todays change.
The doorstep collection team have also been made aware that the previous tenant no longer lives at your property.
