Is this a text from Virgin Media or a scam?

Hello,

I have received the message from VO2010 saying they are Virgin Media with this text message:

"Hi, before we install our services on (date) we need to do some external work at (address). But first, you need to tell us about your property. Use this link and tap Chat To Us Now: virginmedia.com/boundary"

I am moving property so and taking my broadband with me, but never received any messages from this number, so just wondering if this is legit.

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

    Is the address in the message your new address? It's a legit text that we'd send you if any issues with the cabling/install itself etc.
