I can't cancel my engineer appointment

I've got the exact same problem as this person.

Can't accept cookies | Virgin Media Community - 5638605

I want to cancel my engineer appointment but the cookies buttons do nothing, so I can't cancel my appointment.

  • I too am trying to cancel an appointment. Those links did not work for me, and when I tried to talk to a human, a bot refused to accept my password information, which was typed correctly, leaving me unable to pass Virgin's security tests. Prior to this, a bot had sent me a link detailing how to cancel my engineer's visit to my mobile phone, but my phone was unable to open the message. I was not given the opportunity to receive the link by e-mail instead.

    Dealing with Virgin is destroying the will to live. It's difficult to imagine that anyone could create such a user-unfriendly site and help procedure.
