Why am I getting alerts from

I'm not on virgin in any way shape or form. I have been inendated with emails. Advising I'm sending malware and my email will be disconnected. Is this a scam? I have changed all my passwords and have scanned computers, tablet and phone - nothing detected.
Please help I'm at the end of my tether.
Every time I report it it seems to double the scam. Also I block it it comes back with double the amount. It's coming from thanks virgin dot com.
I'm really at the end of my rope with this. I can't forward, copy or anything else.
Why can I not reply to this la la land thread ?
Share an example of one of the alert emails.
Look very closely at the headers of these emails.
What is the email address of the sender i.e. is it a faked alert email from a bogus sender ?
Suspect the alert emails are faked.
