unable to manage Virginmedia mailbox

Right, I have a VM account but dont use VM email. My wife does and has been for years. She cant remember her password so i logged into VM account to account settings but there is nothing referring to mailboxes. i tried the VM mail tab but get this  -

Your Virgin Media Mail account is currently unavailable. It then proceeds to advise the following:

Sign In to My Virgin Media

  • Go to Account settings, then Account details
  • Tap Manage next to Manage your Virgin Media Mail app password under Virgin Media Mail
  • Then, under Virgin Media Mail app password tap Get password

There is no option for 'Manage'. 

Anyone know how i can change my wife's email pwd?

Appreciate any help.
