Sending TV from one end of the house to the other

My Virgin cable comes in to the front of the house, including TV. We have our lounge in the back of the house so we can see the garden rather than look the road. 

Is there any simple way of piping the telly through to the lounge which doesn't involve drilling a hole through the wall?

    You will need to move the VM TV box as well, so I can't see any other option than move everything?  As you know this involves using co-ax cable, so a VM tech will be required.  Otherwise can you run the VM cable around the outside to the back to avoid internal drilling?
