Help: Networking question CCTV camera setup

I just bought an NVR with 4 cameras.

For logistical reasons ATM, its not feasible to wire all the cameras to the NVR.

I have 3 switches (netgear) which I believe are unmanaged.

All of these switches feed into the Hub 5 port.

I can see the NVR on the hub 5 and I can access the login screen.

Right now I have a test rig so I can get to grips with the networking side prior to me doing the hard install. The cameras are powered by 12V 1.5 amps mains for the interim period, so there is no PoE

However this is showing POE 3. There may be a reason for this, as I connected an ethernet cable for the number 3 port on the NVR to one of the switches direct.

And on the list of online devices it has found the other camera that I have on my test rig.

The screenshot below shows what it has found.

When I click on live view I cannot see anything, as I believe it is looking in the wrong place.

My hub is 192.168.0.X

However I note

camera on POE 3 is 192.168.254.2

Other Camera is 192.168.254.10

I know my problem is things being on different networks. Any hints or tips or other forums?

Your cameras will need to have an IP address to suit the Hub, 192.168.0.xxx   You can't change the IP addressing on the Hub to suit your cameras.  From a security point of view, you could either change the IP's to the Hub's guest network, 192.168.2.xxx ( I think that's the guest IP?) or get a 3rd party Hub and use the 192.168.254.xxx as a VLAN.  This will keep the camera network off your internal LAN.  The VLAN solution would require the most work however
