Ever since I've swapped to Virgin Media my PS5 has had issues with connection.

I keep getting connection drops that only seem to happen on my PS5, no other device has it happen. I was told that during the connection drops the Firewall on the internet(I think) was viewing my PS5 has hostile or something, not sure what I need to do to fix it. I pretty much can't play a game at all and its been starting to affect another game too, badly enough that I've been warned to fix it.
