Black Screen

Hi, Ive an LG tv with Virgin Media app installed. For some reason this week, the Live function just wont load, all I get is a black screen. I can watch on Catch up, just not live. Ive re-installed the app, Ive rebooted my router. Rte player plays live no bother. Why is this happening? Ty

    These forums are for VM UK domestic users, and as such have no ties with VM Ireland which is a separate company.

    VM UK don't have any apps on the LG TV systems. 

    If VM Ireland do then you will need to contact VM IE (https://www.virginmedia.ie/contact/)  or LG.
