Package Change ?!
I received my next e-bill (2nd bill of the contract) and it shows a £13 increase for 'package changes' which has all my current package and covers a 5 day period in June?! I have not made any request for changes as my existing discounted contract is until 2025. I cannot find out any specific details on my bill. What's going on? Has anyone had anything similar? Thanks
