charged twice for netflix
so I added netflix to my virgin account in December, I added it through my virgin media box, thinking this would be the easiest way, less faffing with adding accounts and such, got my bill today and it seems I've been charged twice, I've checked my bill and there is two separate subscriptions on my virgin bill? not sure how this has happened?? I only signed for the basic netflix, has anyone had this happen to them?51Views0likes3Comments
