14 Day Cooling Off Period
Hi I signed up to virgin broadband last but decided to cancel, after a couple of days, under the 14-day notice period Para M of the T&Cs. So, I have cancelled with the installs team last week, and I was told I would get an email to confirm my account had been closed. Still nothing after over a week now. I did chase up a few days ago by phone and have had it verbally confirmed that contract is cancelled. Yet I am still waiting written confirmation, an email or text. We do I go from here please?
