VM have double charged me this month (November 2025)
This month I received an email from VM requesting a one off payment for a charge on my account. I paid this on November 4th, but then my direct debit was paid on November 5th so I've been charged twice for my latest bill. Please can somebody from VM contact me to resolve. Hello Hive, I recently had a call out to our tv box that sounded like it was going to take off which was replaced. I arranged this during live chat (which I have the screenshots from) and at no time a call out charge was mentioned during the interaction. I have received my next bill with this £25 charge.
