Hi, I have just moved into a new property and gone to transfer my account however my property doesn’t appear on the drop down list. I have tried to contact Virgin to see why this is but just seem to get a computer says no answer. My next door neighbour’s property isn’t even 5 meters away from mine so it doesn’t make any sense. the infrastructure is obviously in place on the street and I’d love to keep my service. thanks in advance
