Re: How do you move from Virgin Media to another provider?
I know this is an old post, but i tried to do a 2 week overlap, But these new ofcom rules just implemented in August have prevented it. As soon as I ordered with Vodaphone, Virgin Media has changed my disconnection date to be the day before I join Vodaphone. Yet I intentionally created an overlap. Physically Vodaphone on Openreach network, and Virgin on their own, means it should of been fine, since i need a new install by an engineer for Vodaphone. Installs can go wrong, hence the need for an overlap to avoid downtime. Virgin media emailed me a new disconnection date, but its not currently showing on the customer support screen, so they can't change anything.2.7KViews0likes4Comments
