The Hub isn't TOO hot to touch but it definitely warmer than I'd imagine it should get. I switched the hub off at the wall too but the hub booted up with the red light on again. I also then tried the pinhole reset, the hub did turn on with a normal white light but then after 10 minutes the red light came back on. Thanks red light on Hub 3 I have had the red overheat light on my Hub 3 for number of months now, and over that time the Wifi has been slowly getting slower and slower and reaching less areas in the house (I pay for the 350mp package). I have tried the pinhole reset trick and reset the entire thing, reconnected all my devices back up top the wifi and still the light goes to red within a matter of minutes. I called VM customer services a month ago and asked for a replacement to be sent but I have never received anything. Can a member of the forum team please assist at all? Thank you!
