Our broadband is working fine and so is our Sky TV - I just can’t see how virgin can fix the box with the sky cables in the way Virgin wall socket broken Hi All, we’ve moved into a new property in December and only just getting around to sorting this. Virgin media self install internet mid December, and we are with sky tv. What it looks like has happened is Sky have drilled their dish cables through the same hole the virgin coax comes in, so the box physically can’t sit on the wall anymore because of the amount of cables coming through the hole. Will virgin come and fix the box back to the wall or will they charge us/say it’s Skys fault even though it was the previous owners issue? thanks Ross Bill is wrong Hey all, when I signed up for VM BB I was sold a package that was free for the first three months. I’ve had a look at my account and emails and can see I received a contract which stated this, but then for some reason a few weeks later I received another contract which had this line removed so I’m now being charged full price. I can’t get in touch with anyone over the phone as it just sends me a link on text with my bill, and the online chat is just saying transfer to agent for about an hour and a half. Anyone advise on how I can get in touch with VM online or on phone to discuss this properly? thanks ross Re: Moving house, new customer, avoid post? Previous owner already has virgin broadband in the property Re: Moving house, new customer, avoid post? I wanted to sort it out so it could be installed on the day after we move in for example otherwise it could take weeks and I didn’t want to have no internet at home Moving house, new customer, avoid post? Hi all - we are moving into a new house in a few weeks and will need virgin internet. I want to sign up using an offer I can get through my employer but it’s all online and can’t speak to anyone. My problem is I don’t want any mail sent to the new address until I move in. Is there a way we can make virgin aware that we aren’t owners of the property till X date and not to send anything there in our name as the previous occupants are still there thanks ross
