hello,I am trying to use the connect app however it states I have an inactive account. just wondering how I am able to access my account due to this.  
 Hiwhen I try and sign in on the connect app it says my account is inactive.this is a new wifi hub since we have moved house but under the same email.  
Hi,I have booked an appointment for a technician to come to my house on the phone however, it is not showing on the app. I don’t know if they are still coming or not.
