Hi I still cant access my blueyonder web email accounts I have a triangle with an exclamation mark in it, It is suggesting my credentials are wrong but I can get them on my phone using an email client.RegardsDave
Is this the screen you are referring to. When I click 'manage' I only see 'Generate new app password'.I don't have a problem with any apps, just virgin web mail.RegardsDave
Yep I still have lost mine and my wife's blueyonder emails. Fortunately I am still getting them on my phone, through an email app, just not through web mail.
