Hi my daughter was speaking to someone regarding trying to reset a password on my ntlworld email address as it doesn’t recognise it when I use the forgotten password link. Is anyone available to help. Thanks.
Hi it’s not the main email address on the virgin media account but I did specifically ask to keep it when we changed over so I’m not sure. I have tried to use reset password link and it gives an error message
