I upgraded to 1Gig about 5 months ago and was told i would get a Hub 5 however 5 months later still no Hub 5 can someone tell me how do i get one

Well Technician has been and got everything working within half an hour he was very clean and put everthing back the way it was before 10/10 service.Thanks to everyone who helped with my problem 
