Internet connection error. Want to report loss of service but none of the virgin websites or links load up. Cant get through to anyone on phone. Frustrating. 
Activated volt (125mbps-250mbps) wired connection. Speed all good at first, now only 80mbps and been like that for at least 30 days that aware of. Done all resets, no good. Unplugged ethernet cable, speed shot up. Ethernet cable issue? Any advice wel...
