Had to keep re-registering same device every time I logged in now reached maximum changes per month,This is a known fault with Virgin TV Go and has been for some years. I need a solution / reset please.
We have to re_register the same computer every time we want to watch virgin on the go as it doesn't recognise it. Have reached the maximum.no of times we can change it, how do we get it re-set?
