User Activity

All the TV channels are showing as ‘no info available’. I’ve unplugged the box and plugged it back in after a couple of mins and still got the same issue. Does anyone know how to resolve this or had this issue before?  
Virgin had said the storage is full. I have gone to clear all recordings which it has confirmed it has done. I have tried to record something and then it still says storage is full. When I go to the recordings screen it just gives me a link to TV gui...
