Hello. I am now connected up with all my services and I still can't access my new account on any of the virgin apps. It still only logs me into my old account and says I'm disconnected. Any help would be appreciatedThankyou 
Hello. I used to be a member of virgin but I left and then came back. Now when I try to access the apps and account I can only log into my old account because the email is the same. Does anybody know how I can log into my new account please ?
