My WiFi keeps dropping I’ve reset loads of times but still same my kids are going mad 

My wifi was slow so reset but now I can’t get back into hub settings to just have 2.4mhz only as I have cameras and lights that on except 2.4mhz everytime I put the password in it says wrong password
