No incoming or outgoing calls. Service is healthy.

Fir the past two weeks I’ve had no landline service. Line says ‘ no issues’. Reebooted, plugged and unplugged.

Hi, can someone call me on my mobile please. My landline has been off for about 2 weeks and getting nowhere on the chats. (obviously I’ll send my mobile number when a technician respond )
