It happened like 2 weeks ago as I was annoyed as they been charging me £16 extra a month for Netflix premium even tho was meant to extra £5 my bills were meant to be 95 a month with 1g speed with maxit tv ...I'm now paying 80 with maxit and the 1g sp...

No they sent me new boxes and to send the old ones back I was back with em within 3 days give or take ...but didn't need to wait the 30 

I rejoined virgin after 48 hours and got a better deal then I was paying originally....
