My account should have been switched off yesterday, but it has not been.  Please help!
Having spent ages last night trying to cancel my account I have just had an email saying that they have changed my package and I will still be tied into them for something called mix tv
HelloMy mother in law has not received a hub connector or been told that she needs one as we were.  However her landline is now not working,  suggesting she has been switched over.  What should she do?
