Does anyone care about VM badges?I just want VM to fulfil their part of the contract with good service...I don't need a badge to hide behind, I have have a good reputation!

On-going for over a year...Never completely installed from day one...Cannot downgrade without a phone call - tried - always hung up on or promises made, but no action taken...WiFi failed best part of a year ago – no interest from VM to sort – hung up...
