My TIVO box is not transmitting in 5.1 on the HD channels. It’s connected to a Sony TV that’s a year old which is further connected to a Bose 900 soundbar. Do the HD channels transmit in 5.1 or just 2.0?
Thanks for the answer. The box is the V6 version. I’ve not plugged the box into the soundbar as there is only one HDMI port on there and that is for the e/arc cable to the TV so I be wouldn’t be able to see the picture on the TV. having since looked ...
