No, I don't have an account with Netflix, I'd rather not pay more for something that is supposed to be part of my Virgin Media package.

Everyone I've spoken to quotes 5 days and from reading through this thread it appears I'm not the only one being told this!

I've now had several people tell me they are working on it and it'll be resolved in 5 days, but no one bothers to contact me after 5 days. It seems if I didn't keep on at you there be now contact at all. At the moment I am not getting the full packag...

What I don't understand is, why is it so difficult to email an activation code??
