Impossible to set a password. Hours spent online trying to get access to my online account. No password is accepted. 
Cannot get past the create password stage. Have literally created over 35 passwords. Support are no help and have spent weeks of my life on this… can someone please help? I see hundreds of ppl have the same problem. Class action litigation anyone?
