Outage BD20 area

Since around 8:30pm today my Virgin Media connection has stopped working. I'm in the BD20 area, is anyone else experiencing this outage?

I called Virgin Media this morning to query what is going on. They say there is a fault in the area and they expect it to be fixed by 6pm tonight.

Just called Customer Service when they opened at 8am this morning. They say that Virgin Media is aware of a fault in the BD20 area and they aim to have it fixed by 6pm today.
