My mailbox has been unavailable for half a day now. I can log into my account on virginmedia.com fine, it's just my email I can't access. I have been unable to reset my password as suggested. Can someone please look into this for me? Thanks. John
Now resolved after password reset. I received a suspicious activity email from Virgin and have done a full virus & malware scan which showed no issues. I think Virgin's updated spam & abuse system might be over-sensitive.
