Contract ended, can't get to speak to someone sensible to discuss new contract My contract has now expired so I called to discuss renewal options before cancelling. After waiting for the offshore operator to find out what offers they had for me, I was transferred to a UK operator, but he couldn't hear me and then the line went dead......! I rather expected that he'd have my mobile number from my account and call me back, but nothing! How can I get to talk to someone in the UK to find out it VM want my business again? I have tried getting renewal options sent to me by text, but the link goes to a 'we can't help you with this - chat now'. But guess what, the WhatsApp chat option doesn't work either!!!!!! This is ridiculous - either VM want to keep customers or they are happy to see them head off..... Can anyone give me some way to speak to a UK person ASAP? TIA
