I fancied joining this ongoing debacle of many years to say Great job, WDevs brushing aside an issue that's been ongoing for years and it appears you still can't auto-merge multiple accounts with different creation date's I originally had a V Mobile account and more recently joined for broadband (with the same email address) and now my broadband login attempts are stuck with the same "Complete your profile" as everyone else in this thread Please can admin generate me a support ticket to resolve this issue (and also tell the WDevs they need to buck up their ideas.
