I pre-ordered a new phone on Virgin Mobile last Friday and I still haven’t received a decision, or any other email since then. Do credit checks usually take a week?

I recently registered for a virgin mobile account and a phone contract. My password was created automatically by Apple but was not saved to my keychain.As I do not have a virgin mobile number, I can’t reset my password.
