V6 boxed 'crashed' about 1600 on 25th November just before the England Match- Green screen appeared which said "The DVR Has Detected A Serious Problem And Is Now Attempting To Fix It. This Will Take About Three Hours. PLEASE DO NOT UNPLUG OR RESTART ...

Problems using phone in Greece

Prepared setup according to advice. No text on arrival in Greece now finds network but drops in seconds. Cannot select manually. Need access to phone for elderly mother. Any ideas?
