I believe that my landline should have been migrated to my hub but as yet cannot get a dialling tone. I have been without a landline now since Aug 22nd. I have tried different phones but still no joy. Customer service are no help.
Hi I need to have my downgrade completed before you will migrate my landline.
Hi recently been changed to Internet landline. I have tried 2 phones and 2 different cables but still cannot get a dialling tone.
