Hi I was activated yesterday around 5pm but Im still unable to login to my account, nor does TV GO app work. How long before this should activate?

Im getting installed on Wednesday, and was wondering what Apps are available either preinstaled or downloadable, Also are there any that you can sub too and add onto bill? Ive looked online and could not find anything, so any info gratefully received...
