Does anyone know how to cancel gadget support? Signed up to it to get my internet fixed it didn't work and got a new router eventually but now I've been charged for the support? Virgin says if it wasn't fixed in 7 days I wouldn't be charged?
Got a new hub today for my upgrade its the hub 4, and now the xbox won't connect to it? I have tried turning them both off and on again. Prior to the upgrade it was working perfectly.
Tried this and the engineer tried this aswell, he said as soon as he done an software update it would work, that was on Friday still having connection issues now
Trying to connect with both, it worked with an ethernet cable for a few days and now it's back to the same thing, IP address error and DCHP error as well, and 2 mobile phones can't connect to the new WiFi now as well, definitely think it's a router p...
