I signed up for My Virgin Media. After registering I was unable to login with the password I set up with and when I try to reset password it is asking me to contact virgin media 
My QuickStart package was supposed to be delivered today but since ordering on 08/08 I have had no correspondence. I received my order summary and my contract summary but nothing else.
