Yes, every time I receive a call I immediately ring them back no problem. When I receive calls I can not hear anyone and they cant hear me.Surely Virgin are aware of this issue by now?

Yes that worked, thankyou.I didnt have Virgin Sim Toolkit app but used Virgin app.I have done that before and it didnt work but now I have a new sim card, so maybe that made a difference.Thankyou.
