Was moved over to O2 (by virgin) as my mobile provider a few months ago. Get my O2 bill separately but virgin mobile still appears on my statement, as well as O2. The amounts are even different. Shame I can’t Simply get on the phone to someone and so...
The old SIM had the same issue and was hoping when we were sent a new one it would fix it but didn't.  Any help appreciated.
